This is Peg Medill and she is the gracious host of the ever-famous Bead Challenge Days. Every few months Peg hosts a Challenge Day in her home for Pacific Northwest Flameworkers. At each previous Challenge Day guests go home with a new Challenge Kit and they are to bring it back as finished product to the next Challenge Day completed with torched glass articles, such as beads, sculptures of glass etc. We vote for our favorites according to originality and fun prizes are then given out to the winners.
This month the Challenge Kit consists of parts to make a windchime which is to be decorated with glass sculptures, baubles, maybe wire work or whatever. People already are thinking of ideas. Beaders are such creative and fun people.
